Cancellations and Refunds

Sessions and Masterclasses 

For any Session bookings you have up to 48 hours to cancel for a full refund.  Please notify us at bevtalks@outlook.com with your order number. 

We will notify you to let you know you've been refunded and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bevtalks@outlook.com.

Masterclasses & Books 

Masterclasses and PDF Books are not eligible for a refund.
